Lekkeri did a short stint at Buddha Sense Ink in Pietarsaari as an intern, from where he moved to Sick Boy Tattoo in Kokkola in 2015. Lekkeri moved to Tampere in 2018 and has been working at Below Zero Tattoo ever since.
Dystopia fascinates
“My favorite style to tattoo is black and gray realism and surrealism. Dark, dystopian and nature-related topics have always been the most interesting. Before I started tattooing, I drew a lot with charcoal, so switching to black and gray realistic images in tattoos was natural.”
Art in my spare time
“In addition to tattooing, I draw, paint and photograph. Most of my free time is spent in art. In addition to the aforementioned, my hobbies include reading, traveling and occasionally throwing a basketball."
